[영어] 초과근무에 대한 찬/반 의견 말하기

People have to work overtime sometimes. They might stay late at the office or evenwork during the weekend. Has ehrtr ever been an issue related to overtime work discussed among you and your cowokers? Tell me about the issue. What is your opinion about it and why?

 

사람들은 가끔 초과근무를 해야합니다. 사무실에 늦게까지 남아있거나 심지어 주말에 일하기도 합니다. 당신과 당신의 동료들이 초과근무와 관련해 논의해본 이슈가 있나요? 그 이슈에 대해서 이야기해 주세요. 그에 대한 당신의 의견과 이유는 무엇인가요?

Overtime work is an issue i have often encountered at my job. Thtere are always deadlines to meet, so i understand that putting in extra time is sometimes unavoidable. However, in the last few months, things have been so busy at work that the demand for overitme has increased greatly. This is and issue that my coworkers and i talk about a lot.

 

It's a big problem because working such long hours is exhausting. Because we get home late every night, we don't get the change to relayt enough before it;s time to go to work again. When we work on the weekends, we don't even get a day off. In the end, i think some of my cowokers mingt get frustrated and try to find less demanding work.

 

To address the issue, i think there should be a limit on the number of overtime hours we are required to work. In addition, i think that we should at least be allowed to do overtime from our homes whenever possible.

 

 

초과근무는 제가 직작에서 종종 맞닥끄리는 이슈입니다. 지켜야 하는 마감 시간이 항상 있어서 가끔은 추가로 시간을 들여 일하는 것이 불가피하다는 것을 이해합니다. 하지만 지난 몇 달 동안 직장에 일이 너무 바빠져서 초과근무에 대한 요청이 증가하였습니다. 이것은 제 동료들과 제가 많이 이야기하는 이슈입니다. 

 

그것은 큰 문제인데, 그렇게 오랜 시간 일하는 것은 심신을 피로하게 하기 떄문입니다. 저희는 매일 밤늦게 집에 오기 때문에 다시 직장에 갈 시간이 되기 전에 충분한 휴식을 취할 기회를 얻지 못합니다. 주말에 일할 때 저희는 하루조차도 쉬지 못하게 됩니다. 결국에 동료들 중 일부는 좌절감을 느끼고 덜 힘드니 일을 찾아보려고 할 수도 있다고 생각합니다.

 

이 이슈를 해결하기 위해, 저는 저희가 근무하도록 요구되는 초과근무 시간의 양에 제한이 있어야 한다고 생각합니다.

덧붙여 저는 최소한 가능할 때마다 저희가 자택에서 초과근무를 하는 것이 허용되어야 한다고 생각합니다.
