Gasket 관련 요구사항 정리(API 660, TEMA)

 

API 660 7.7.11

- Tube Side와 Shell side의 Gasket은 같은 Type을 사용해야 함.

 

API 660 7.10.12

- Spiral Wound Gasket은 Inner을 같이 제공해야 함.

- Flange Diameter가 1000mm 이상일 경우 outer ring도 같이 제공해야 함.

 

API 660 7.10.13

- Sheet Gasket을 제외하고 나머지 Gasket은 폭이 50mm 이내여야 함.

 

TEMA RCB-6.4

- Shell Diameter가 570mm 이므로 Gasket Width는 6.4mm 이상이여야 함

 

 

1. (API 660) 7.7.11

Stationary tubesheet flange assembly shall be designed with the same type of gasket on the tube side and shell side.

 

 

2. (API 660) 7.10.12

Spiral-wound gaskets shall be provided with a flat inner ring to prevent over-compression and inward radial buckling. For flanges on shells with a diameter greater than 1000 mm (40 in.), or when the gasket is not confined on its OD, an outer metal ring shall also be provided. See A.4.6 for additional guidance.

 

 

3. (API 660) 7.10.13

The maximum gasket width shall be 50 mm (2 in.), except for non-metallic sheet type gaskets.

 

 

4. (TEMA) RCB-6.4

RCB-6.4 PASS PARTITION GASKETS

The width of gasket web for pass partitions of channels, bonnets, and floating heads shall be not

less than 11476.4 mm) for shell sizes through 23 in. (584 mm) nominal diameter and not less than

318" (9.5 mm) for all larger shell sizes.
