Pass Partition Welding & Groove 설계를 위한 요구사항 정리 (API 660 및 TEMA)

 

 

- API 660 Para 9.2에 따르면 Pass Partition은 welded full length를 요구.

- TEMA RCB-9.132에서는 Pass partition은 Size에 관계없이 4.8mm 깊이의 Groove 적용을 요구.

 

 

1. (API 660) Para 9.2

Pass-partition plates for forged or welded channels and floating-heads shall be welded full length, either from both sides or with full-penetration welds, except for special designs approved by the purchaser. If welded from both sides, the first 50 mm (2 in.) from the gasket face shall be full-penetration welds.

 

 

2. (TEMA) R-7.4

R-7.4 TUBESHEET PASS PARTITION GROOVES

 

Tubesheets shall be provided with approximately 3/16"(4.8mm) deep grooves for pass partition gaskets.
